Returns & Exchanges

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at customerservice@unisox.com within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.

There are certain situations where no refund will be granted: 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any items purchased on sale. All sale items are final purchase. No returns will be accepted on items more than 30 days from delivery.

Once your return has been received and reviewed, a confirmation email will be sent out to the email provided. The refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 48 hours.

Please send any returns to: Unisox Returns & Exchanges, 1791 W. Dairy Place, Suite 100, Tucson, AZ USA 85705. When shipping to return a product, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  

Unisox is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments.

Refunds are processed once a return is complete & will be processed in the order they are received. If you haven’t received a refund within 48 hours of confirmed return, please contact your Credit Card Company and/or Bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@unisox.com.

If you don't like the socks you ordered, that's okay, you can exchange it for another style within 30 days of delivery as long as your purchase is still in its original packaging & condition. To process an exchange, please send us an email at customerservice@unisox.com and send your item to: Unisox Returns & Exchanges, 1791 W. Dairy Place, Suite 100, Tucson, AZ USA 85705.

If anything is incorrect or wrong with your order, please email us at customerservice@unisox.com notifying us of the error. We will replace or correct your order free of charge.

If the product you receive differs from what you ordered, you may also receive a return box and shipping label, please return the original incorrect product to avoid additional charges. 

Shipping

Throw a few extra pairs into your cart! We offer Free Shipping on all US-based orders over $25. We will automatically apply the discount at checkout.

We do not offer Free International Shipping at this time. 

Please allow 24 hours to process your order Monday through Friday 9am - 3pm MST.

All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday and Major Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

USPS:

Priority Mail: USPS will deliver in 3-5 business days from when they have received the package.

Priority Mail Express: USPS will deliver in 1-2 business days from when they have received the package.

Priority Mail International: USPS will deliver in 6-10 business days from when they have received the package.

Yes! For a flat shipping rate of $25 USD we will ship your order out using USPS Priority Mail, please note delivery times may vary depending on your location to our distribution center in Tucson, Arizona.
